Wayne Lorgus | Chief Financial Officer
Wayne brings over 20 years of experience as a Chief Financial Officer to PeopleMetrics. In his role at PeopleMetrics, he develops our plans and forecasts and implements financial controls, including accurate and timely billings.
Wayne has an extensive background in operations, marketing, and finance at privately and publicly held companies, including Andin International, Sandberg & Sikorski Diamond Corporation and Unidyne Corporation, where he was instrumental in cutting operating costs by 10% per year. He began his career at Arthur Anderson as a CPA, and then joined Campbell Soup Company, where he held positions in finance, operations, and marketing. Prior to joining PeopleMetrics, Wayne was the Chief Financial Officer for Prestige International, a $40 million international wholesaler, where he developed a financial plan to fund 57% sales growth while improving net margins 300%. Through his extensive experience, Wayne has gained a unique perspective on predicting business trends, leveraging resources and providing outstanding customer value. By helping PM implement sound financial controls and effective business planning, Wayne contributes to our ability to serve our clients better.
Wayne received his MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and his BBA from the College of William and Mary in Virginia. He holds CPA certificates from New York and Pennsylvania, and is a graduate of the Gemological Institute of America and the USAF Air Command and Staff College. In his spare time, Wayne is the Director of Standardization and Evaluation and a mission pilot for the USAF Auxiliary, Delaware Wing. He also serves on the Governmental Affairs committee for the Chester County Chamber of Business and Industry.
