We are looking for a Research Analyst (0 to 2 years experience) to help support an existing portfolio of clients that span a range of industries and geographies. Your work will help companies better engage their employees and deliver better experiences to their customers.

Do you want to get hands-on experience helping companies make better decisions about their employees, customers and markets?

This client-facing position requires great communications skills, an interest in survey-based research, a familiarity with basic survey research methodologies, quantitative skills (e.g., Excel, SPSS), a desire to learn and work hard. The ideal candidate has a strong interest in employee or market research, has completed research methods and/or statistics classes, is an excellent communicator and extremely detail oriented. Both undergraduate and graduate candidates will be considered. This is an incredible opportunity for the right person. This position offers considerable opportunity for learning and advancement.

• A Bachelor's degree (Graduate degree a plus)
• An aptitude for using multivariate statistical analysis (e.g., regression)
• Knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint (experience with SPSS a plus)
• An intellectual curiosity and passion for solving client problems
• Excellent attention to detail and a relentless focus on quality measurement and analysis
• Respect for all you meet and the ability to excel in a team-based environment
