Senior Research Manager

We are looking for a Senior Research Manager to help support an existing portfolio of clients that span a range of industries and geographies. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the direction and growth of PeopleMetrics.


Do you want to hone your research, consulting, and project management skills while assisting a variety of organizations with their critical people issues?


As Senior Research Manager you will be responsible for leading all aspects of market research projects from planning and design to delivery of results. This includes conducting all forms of qualitative research (e.g., electronic focus groups, in-depth interviews, and traditional focus groups) as well as managing all forms of quantitative research (e.g., design, sampling, data collection, and analysis). You will have the opportunity to apply your knowledge of descriptive and advanced statistics to derive value from the research results and deliver those results and implications to senior leadership teams in both oral and written format.

Do you have…?

 

  • 5+ years of experience in employee or customer research (including experience on the supplier side)
  • Outstanding client management skills
  • An ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing environment
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • An ability to explain/apply output from advanced statistical techniques
  • A passion for engaging customers and employees
  • A graduate degree is preferred
