E40

 

The E40 is PeopleMetrics core group of survey questions used to assess Employee Engagement. The questions reflect the most common drivers of Employee Engagement and are based on over 700,000 employee interviews, as well as independent research on what engages employees. Specifically, the E40 includes:

 

  • REAP questions (retention, effort, advocacy, passion) to measure levels of Employee Engagement.
  • 40 Employee Engagement driver questions that support eight key dimensions.
  • A minimum of one open-ended question to understand any additional issues impacting Employee Engagement within an organization.
nGauge™ Employee Hub

 

Empowering managers to improve Employee Engagement is essential. The nGauge™ Employee Hub is an online tool that allows HR, leaders and individual company managers to explore their data in greater depth, communicate and take action on Employee Engagement survey results.

 

The nGauge™ Employee Hub includes a JumpStart action taking tool that quickly and easily identifies the areas of focus that, if improved, will have the greatest impact on Employee Engagement. In addition, this tool also includes PeopleMetrics proprietary library of actions that address each of the eight dimensions of Employee Engagement.
