PeopleMetrics completed its first annual Most Engaged Customers Study. We surveyed 10,000 consumer experiences in four service industries: Banking, Casual Dining, Hotels and Retail. The brands with the top  Customer Engagement scores were The Four Seasons, Texas Roadhouse, Williams-Sonoma and Compass Bank.

> PeopleMetrics CEO to Speak at ASHHRA National Conference

Sean McDade is partnering with Brandon Melton, Senior Vice President at Lifespan to present at ASHHRA’s Annual Conference, October 12-14, 2008 in Austin, Texas. The presentation is "Linking Employee Engagement to Business Outcomes: Why It Matters and How to Do It".  This session will demonstrate why linking employee engagement to business outcomes lends strategic value to the HR function in hospitals. Dr. McDade will provide a step-by-step tutorial for attendees on linkage analysis and ways to present findings in a compelling way.
