2008 Most Engaged Customers Study
PeopleMetrics completed its first annual Most Engaged Customers Study. We
surveyed 10,000 consumer experiences in four
service industries: Banking, Casual Dining,
Hotels and Retail. The brands with the top
Customer Engagement scores were The
Four Seasons, Texas Roadhouse, Williams-Sonoma
and Compass Bank.

ASHHRA’s Annual Conference, October
12-14, 2008 in Austin, Texas. The
