Maryland SHRM Conference: Kate Feather will be presenting in Adelphia, Maryland on Thursday, December 4^th. She will speak on ways HR Departments can help employees and managers take responsibility for their own engagement levels. Key lessons will include tips and pointers on how to encourage personal responsibility as well as tools and techniques to identify areas in need of improvement and pinpoint actions that will positively impact personal attitudes and behaviors.

ASHHRA National Conference: Sean McDade, Ph.D., is presenting with Brandon Melton, SVP of HR at Lifespan Health System in Fort Worth, Texas on Monday, October 13^th. Dr. McDade and Mr. Melton will be presenting on why employee engagement matters and how to conduct a linkage analysis to business outcomes.

National Retail Federation’s Human Resources Executives Summit 2008: Kate Feather will be presenting in Chicago on Wednesday, October 15^th. The HR Executives Summit is an annual event which brings together the retail industry’s top human resources and employment law executives. Kate will speak on the impact and importance of Employee Engagement on employee retention and customer satisfaction in the retail industry.

Annual Hospitality Technology Conference: Kate Feather is presenting in New York City on Thursday, June 12^th. She will speak on the importance and value of customer measurement in the casual dining industry.

CASRO Technology Conference: Sean McDade will be on a new technology panel discussion at the 13th annual CASRO Technology Conference in New York City on Thursday, June 26^th. The panelists will discuss new technologies including Web 2.0, Software as a Service (SaaS), and the latest in real time reporting will challenge technologists at research organizations to review and question many facets of the technologies that they currently have deployed.

Conference Board’s Customer Loyalty Conference: Adriano DeCardenas from Christie’s Auction House is presenting in New York City on Thursday, June 12^th. He will speak on Christie’s work with PeopleMetrics and the use of customer metrics to build a customer-centric culture.

Philadelphia SHRM Leadership Series: Kate Feather, Frank Rowe and Carolyn Hill-Fotouhi from Merck presented on HR Measurement to members of the Philadelphia Chapter of the Society for HR Management (SHRM).
