PeopleMetrics Hires Kate Feather to Head up
People Engagement Practice

Philadelphia, December 1, 2005 –   Kate Feather is joining PeopleMetrics as Vice President to lead the company’s growing Employee Engagement practice. Kate will be responsible for coordinating and leading PeopleMetrics existing Employee Engagement accounts as well as building capacity to serve any new industry verticals based on customer need. PeopleMetrics currently serves Employee Engagement clients in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, financial and professional services, hospitality, food and beverage and manufacturing industries.

With deep expertise gained from leading or participating in over one hundred employee and Customer Engagement studies, Kate’s perspective and expertise will help PeopleMetrics organizations create a fully engaged workforce. Kate has 16 years of employee and customer research experience in both consulting and leadership positions in the UK and Europe. She is a frequent presenter at industry trade shows and conferences, often presenting on topics related to  research linking Employee Engagement to business outcomes.
